As usual at this time of the year, the IMPALA (Aepyceros melampus) lambs are bringing joyful smiles to our faces as they gambol playfully and peer inquisitively at us as we pass by. The grass is long and lush so with this plentiful source of food for their mothers, they're fat and shiny!
There are a couple of the cutest baby ZEBRA (Equus burchelli) and GIRAFFE (Giraffa camelopardalis) who seem to admire us from beneath long lazy eyelashes...
Baby Impala "Stotting is such fun!"
Baby Giraffe "What are you staring at?"
The weather has been stiflingly hot and humid and the elies have made the most of the water still lying in long pools after the flood. The following picture will speak for itself!
