ACCOMMODATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Rates are in rands and are inclusive of full board accommodation, all local beverages, scheduled boat transfers, boat cruises, game drives, camp activities and 14% VAT
• Adult rates are quoted per person, per day, sharing in twin or king accommodation, as requested
• A single supplement of 50% applies
• Infants can be provided with a camp bed on request and at no additional charge
• Children up to 12 may share with their parents or minders, maximum two children per tented room
• Children 12 years and older count as adults for billing purposes, whether or not they share with parents or minders
• Owing to their duration, standard game drives are not suitable for children under six years of age unless a private vehicle is booked for a nominal charge
• Please inform Sibuya Reservations in advance of any special dietary requirements
• Management reserves the right to make periodic adjustments to the published rates
• Airport transfers are handled by accredited transporters and can be arranged by Sibuya Reservations
• Rates exclude discretionary gratuities, non-scheduled boat transfers, airport transfers, laundry, premium beverages and any other items not listed as inclusive
  
  Payment and cancellation policy
• Bookings made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date will be secured only on receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total amount due.
• If the required deposit is not received within 48 hours, the booking will be released. Payment of the balance due must be received at least 28 days prior to the arrival date failing which the booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
• Bookings made within 28 days of the arrival date will be secured only on receipt of the full amount due.
• Cancellations need to be in writing and should be sent by email or fax. Cancellations made more than 28 days before the arrival date will incur a fee of 25% of the total amount due. Cancellations made 28 days to 8 days prior to the arrival date will incur a fee of 50% of the total amount due. Cancellations made less than 8 days prior to the arrival date will incur a fee of 100% of the amount due.
• It is recommended that guests take out travel insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

DAY TRIPS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Rates are in rands and are inclusive of a return boat trip, game drive, two-course lunch, local beers, house wines, soft drinks and 14% VAT
• The minimum party size is two and the maximum ten (more than ten guests on request)
• Owing to their duration, day trips are not suitable for children under six years of age unless a private vehicle is booked for a nominal charge
• Please inform Sibuya Reservations in advance of any special dietary requirements
• Management reserves the right to make periodic adjustments to the published rates
• Rates exclude discretionary gratuities, transfers to and from Kenton-on-Sea, premium beverages and any other items not listed as inclusive
  
  Payment and cancellation policy
• A deposit of 50% of the amount due, payable at the time of making the reservation, is required to secure the booking.
• If the required deposit is not received within 48 hours, the booking will be released. Payment of the balance due must be received at least 24 hours prior to the departure time, failing which the deposit will be forfeited. Guests may re-schedule up to 24 hours prior to departure, provided full payment has been made.
• No refunds will be paid if guests choose to cancel on the day of departure, owing to bad weather or for any other reason. Management reserves the right to cancel day trips due to bad weather but will endeavour to reschedule the day trip on a mutually agreed date, failing which a full refund will be paid, or a gift voucher issued for the equivalent value.
